Welcome to NorthConf 2026¶✎ edit

This is d2master, the master demo: a two-day conference run on d2, with its programme, people, tickets and flows. It's a master project: a team of AI agents, each in its role, with you deciding. Everything here is made up and resets on every update.

Look around¶✎ edit

• The programme and the people: sessions, speakers, attendees, registrations, volunteers and the outbox, class by class.
• The model graph: how the 21 classes link, from events.
• How the flows work: registrations, the double-booking guard, payments, the daily run, check-in and feedback.
• The fiddle: run each flow on the sample data and see its trace.
• The team's side: the Pipeline, Work and Agents pages, where people and their AI agents pass work along.

The topics¶✎ edit

• events: the model. events-samples: the sample data.
• events-registrations, events-programme, events-days, events-onsite, events-notify: the flows; Init: their triggers and the daily cron.
• events-flows: every flow, run once on the samples.
